What data we process and why

The data you write in the contact form: what you need, when you need it and your email and, if you add them, your name, your company, your phone number, the trade fair or event, the square metres and any files you attach. We use it to reply to you and, if you hire us, to prepare the quote and do the work. If you tick the moodboards box, also to send you moodboards and designs from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How you reached us

The form stores the campaign or link you arrived through (the UTM parameters). The Google Ads identifier (gclid) is only stored if you accept advertising cookies.

Analytics

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store data that identifies you.

Legal basis

To reply to you and prepare the quote, the fact that you asked us: these are steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in dealing with that company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018). If you hire us, the contract. How long we keep your data

Form messages and their files are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. If you hire us for the project, the data we need to carry it out and invoice it is kept for the periods required by law.

Who else processes your data

Cloudflare hosts this website and the form and stores the messages on our behalf, as data processor. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is not sent by a robot. Google, which provides our email, receives a copy of each message on our behalf. Cloudflare and Google may process the data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone.

The files you send us

Drawings, photos and ideas remain yours. We only use them to study your project, we do not show them to anyone without your permission and we delete them if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or take it with you, by writing to hola@montyonthebounty.com. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
